You can return or exchange your order within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in resellable condition, with all tags, barcode labels and original packaging intact. Accessories should be returned in their original branded box, inside a protective outer box or postal bag.

Return postage is at your cost unless we sent the wrong item or the item is faulty. In those cases we'll refund up to £10 in postage on receipt of a valid postage receipt.

Online orders can't be returned in store.

Lovely pattern

It’s rather smaller IRL than it looks but I knew the dimension before I ordered. The pattern is beautiful. The lid bugs me. It doesn’t seem to fit with or without the rubber ring supplied you have to push it in really tightly to get most of lid and jar to meet. It’s nice but expensive for what it is.

I was disappointed to find the lid of the jar didn’t fit well and the gold top had some gold paint missing. I was going to give it as a gift but feel like I can’t as it has these faults. It’s a shame as it’s a nice design
